Guest access ⁍ Bedroom 1 : King size bed, AC. ⁍ Bedroom 2 : King size bed, AC. ⁍ Bedroom 3 : Single bed, Non AC. ⁍ [Total beds : 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 3 extra mattresses with extra pillows & extra blankets] ⁍ For house party, a refundable deposit of Rs.1000 is taken. Other things to note ⁍ In case of birthdays, please avoid sticking anything on the wall for decorations as the paint comes off with it. ⁍ Eating, drinking and smoking should not be done on the bed as it may cause damage to the bedsheet. ⁍ Shoes/slippers are to be kept inside the apartment only. Can be kept on the shoe rack.
