Our Aim - Add value to your experience ❤️ The property is located in a secure gated resort community with many common amenities. Villa "Cosy Cocoon" is designed to give you a premium and cosy experience you deserve on a staycation. It's a 2.5 bhk villa with G+1 structure (living space & kitchen in the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor), garden space, jacuzzi & a pool area with deck space. The living space accommodates bigger gathering for socialisation. A cosy part of the living space can be converted into a bedroom (BR 3) in the night by sliding doors for privacy. An unique detailing to the common seating areas, bathrooms and the bedrooms offer a earthiness and warmth. Whilst the inbuilt sound system in the villa buzzes you higher, we also provide a pool side speaker on additional request. The kitchen is fully operational with gas & inbuilt hob connection (at an additional chargeable basis). Basic supplies for the kitchen are kept accessible. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one with an attached bathroom and the other next to the bedroom). Both the bedrooms have access to a balcony, which has a beutiful greenery view of the organic farm and pool down below. The villa is personally customized as per the owners taste and proudly boasts of supporting "VOCAL FOR LOCAL" by having carefully picked each and every possible item of not just made in India, but of an Indian Company too (to the maximum possible extant). Disclaimer :- We encourage NO SCREEN TIME at our villa and therefore haven't installed TV. Kindly DO NOT fiddle with the liquor bottles on display. They are strictly for display purpose only to encourage the premium Indian Liquor brands. All common resort amenities (community pool, archery, human size chess, club house access etc) are accessible at an additional minor premium. They can be clubbed with restaurant access options too. Other things to note Full fledge kitchen usage is on a chargeable basis. Food options - Pure Veg Restaurant within the gated community. You may order from a few nearby restaurants too or may prefer home style cooked meals. We can help you with necessary information.
