The space Converted barn of the 18th century totally refurbished. It preserves part of its original structure, with a 180m2 surface on its ground floor and one top floor divided in two areas. The house is orientated to the south and it has sights to the Demanda´s Mountain range. Pineda de la Sierra is placed on it, a natural privileged environment. Demanda´s Green Route (55 kilometer length for touring by bicycle) has here one of its most interesting stages bordering the old Arlanzon reservoir, going from Arlanzon village to Riocavado de la Sierra and Barbadillo de los Herreros.
