Beautifull big house, fully equiped, peacefull area, great view to the ocean. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Hammock and relax chairs outside. Fireplace and wooden oven. Very quiet, on a very peacefull village. Swimming area close by, water stream with fish, great for hiking, bird watching and canyoning. 20 mins to furnas lake by car. Close to a natural reserve and the highest mountain on the Island. garden with BBQ. Fresh milk, cheese and bread from the neighbours.Rural setting The space Beautiful nature! Great view. Very peacefull place. Laid back. Natural pools on the sea 15 mins by car. some years there is a beach in the next village. it depends on the tides, that bring or take the sand. The house is old style but recently remodeled. it has a wooden oven and kind of a fire place in the kitchen and a fire place downstairs. we can get fresh milk everyday and homemade goat cheese from the locals. in the village there are 2 small supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, coffee and lots of friendly people :) also there is a fish, vegetables and fruit seller coming by the house most of the days. Also a nice walk by an old bridge over the stream. there are some nice restaurants in the area. In the village of Nordeste, which is the council capital, you will find a good choice of restaurants and everything you need, 10 mins by car. 5\10 mins by car there´s an holistic farm, where you can take the family, milk the cows and learn about sustainibility in the Azores.
