Snowmobile and ATV trails are close by, making it an ideal four-season getaway. Conveniently located just 25 minutes northeast of Bancroft, you’ll feel tucked away, while still being close to town amenities. Summer dates now available - hot tub maintained in summer at heated pool temps & Fraser Lake and Foster Lake Beaches each just short 5 minute distances. Hot tub is fully functional year-round. 2 hours and 25 minutes from Ottawa and 3 hours and 25 minutes from Toronto. Guest access Full access to the space except for garage which will be locked (unless otherwise requested). Other things to note Full access to property, except garage, unless requested otherwise to store ATV’s or snowmobiles throughout duration of vacation.
