It is my parent's place while they are in Montreal. So it is well equipped with almost everything you need. The space It is a 3 ½ (1 - bedroom apartment) on split level : - 1 bedroom with queen bed on the ground floor, - full the bathroom and living, kitchen area in the basement level - tout inclus (heating, hot water internet, meuble, 1 parking with snow removal service). Maximum 2 persons only. - kitchen has full fridge (with freezer), Cook top et mini oven, air fryer and utensils - laundry area shared with 1 other family with washer and dryer. Guest access No smoker in the building/apartment. In case we find out anyone, you will be under punishment $300 and have to leave the building immediately
