***It is advisable to travel with a 4x4 vehicle*** Little house with a gorgeous sea view. It´s located 500 meters from the beach on a 10 acre property consisting of garden and tropical dry forest. Very private, quiet and relaxing. Ideal to enjoy and observe all kinds of animals. There is no hot water in the house. The weather is quite hot and the water itself is not cold at all. The space The kitchen is equipped for 6 people with tableware and cookware (frying pan and electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave), kitchenette, refrigerator and washing machine. Complete bathroom inside the house, sanitary service outside, outdoor shower. Drinking water, electricity. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single, the other with a double bed and their respective mattresses and pillows. Capacity: 6 people Guest access The house and its private gardens are for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note Playa San Miguel is a very beautiful and not very crowded beach. There is a beautiful estuary were you can cool off, especially when the tide is high. And if you like to run or ride a bike, you will love it.
