The Penthouse

This elegant penthouse has recently been restored by a famous architect. It is furnished with antique furniture and the exposed ceiling beams create a unique warm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the third and top floor of a 15th-century building located in the heart of medieval Padua, very close to the squares and places of artistic interest. The space The penthouse is flooded with light and the windows overlook lush secret gardens. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large living room, a kitchen with terrace overlooking the Duomo, a laundry room and large closets. There are two large sofas in the living room. One can be used as a double bed, but the living room windows only have external motorized awnings. A centralized air conditioning system and underfloor heating guarantee the best comfort in every season. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic house without an elevator.
