Cosy place with sauna in peaceful surroundings

*Please read carefully full description before requesting* The house is situated just on the side of the forest, where the view spreads on local fields. Very quiet and peaceful area. The distance to the lake Jezioro Ostrzyckie is 500m Perfect choice for those, who appreciate active holidays with natured surroundings. Our place is certainly family friendly, so you can rest with the book while kids playing outside :) The space Easy going place on the country side, where you interact with surroundings and nature. We do our best to maintain house clean and tidy, but it is still family house, not a 5 stars hotel leisure, so there might be some flaws. Basic products like: dish washer cubes, toilet paper, bin bags etc. are provided ONLY for the first days of your stay. You will have exclusively four bedroom property, with living/dinning room area, where you can relax in the evenings in front of the fire place or TV with Netflix :) The kitchen is equipped with: dish washer, oven, induction, two type of toasters, hand blender, microwave, filter coffee machine , Nespresso (small capsules). Basically even advanced cook will be satisfied. Finn sauna is inclusive for our guests. it takes 40min. to heat up by wood stove to reach >80c. Big garden 2300m2 with fence around. BBQ & fire place, playground for the kids (swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox). In the spring/summer season, leasure furnitures are set up outside- hammocks, sofas. Guest access All areas are allowed except small storage room , behind master bedroom and spots marked “privé” Other things to note There are two cctv cameras on the property. One from the front yard stays on(view only on the front yard), second one from the garden side is always switched off during stay any of our guests. Please keep in mind, that if you would like heating higher than 21c we will ask for extra payment. This is due to extreme rising energy prices. The blocks of wood next to the house, is ONLY to use for sauna and fire place inside. Please do not use for the campfire outside. I advice to collect out of the forest. In the autumn/winter time, you might experience strong winds, rain and snow outside. In the summer time, some field smell or waves of insects might interrupt the house. Thank you for understanding.
