Nearby: 3 markets, snack bars, restaurants, cafes, gas station, bus stop, Banks (BB, Caixa, Brad, 24h, itaú). The space The apartment is in a 1-story building, has 3 more apartments in the building. I live and share the space with guests, here I have 03 rooms, and I rent 02, only 01 bathroom. It usually does not exceed 4 adults in the residence on days with a full reservation, usually 2 people at home if you book. I don't have pets. No smoking in the house, the building and the internal circulation areas. Guest access All collective areas are available, as long as the guest politely uses their materials (food and cleaning), the appliances are available, but it is WITHOUT laundry . It has a simple 40"TV in the living room, table with chairs in the living room, and another in the kitchen, has a refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave, electric fryer without oil, blender, electric sandwich maker, pots and pans, liquid dish soap, dishwashing sponge you use. In the bathroom there are some hygiene items available. Bed and bath linen, with weekly change. Ceiling clothesline and clothesline for underwear, ironing board, electric iron for WEEKLY use. The bedroom cabinets have hangers, drawers, trunk. During your stay IMPORTANT * I live in the same house, leaving the guest at ease, but always available to help with whatever it takes. I have different hours during the week because of work, and on weekends I'm always at home. Very important to interact and talk and inform yourself about the dynamics of the house.
