It can accommodate 2 or 3 people, adding a single bed - just select it in the reservation. It is safe and in an excellent location, between Av. Mato Grosso and Av. Coronel Antonino. Nearby: 3 markets, snack bars, restaurants, cafes, gas station, pharmacy, bus stop, Banks (BB, Caixa, Brad, 24h, Itaú). The space The apartment is in a 1-story building, there are 3 more apartments in the building. I am a resident and share the space with guests, here I have 3 bedrooms, and I rent 2, only 1 bathroom. Usually no more than 4 adults in the residence on days with full booking, usually 2 people in the house if you make the reservation. I don't have any pets. No smoking in the house, building, and internal circulation areas. Guest access All common areas are available, as long as the guest uses their materials (food and cleaning) politely, appliances are available, but there is NO laundry. There is a simple 40" TV in the living room, a table with chairs in the living room, and another in the kitchen, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a microwave, an electric fryer without oil, a blender, an electric sandwich maker, pots, liquid detergent for dishes, and a sponge to wash the dishes you use. In the bathroom, there are some hygiene items available. There are bed and bath linens, with weekly change. Ceiling clothesline and clothesline for underwear, ironing board, electric iron for WEEKLY use. The bedroom closets have hangers, drawers, and a trunk. During your stay IMPORTANT * I live in the same house, leaving the guest at ease, but always available to assist with whatever is needed. I have different schedules during the week because of work, and on weekends I'm always at home. It is very important to interact and talk and learn about the dynamics of the house. NO Monthly rentals Other things to note 1 - The guest receives the copies of the keys upon arrival, with or without the owner of the house; 2 - There is no time control during the reservation; 3 - Check-in can be done by key safe; 4 - 127v electrical network. 5 - The house has current Brazilian standard outlets and some with old standard, with extension cords and adapters. 6 - At the entrance of the building, there is a digital camera with a warning sign, which focuses only on the entrance gate for control, use for the safety of residents and control of excess people. 7 - Visitors or strangers are not allowed without prior request or without changing the reservation. 8 - Take out the trash from the room. 9 - Avoid slamming doors. 10 - Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet, do not throw food in the sink: unclogging fee R$ 100 reais. 11 - No smoking in the house, room or building. 12 - Minors are prohibited without parental authorization. 13 - No use or sale of illicit substances.
