This cozy vacation apartment in the listed Kutscherhaus (built in 1897) offers everything you need for a truly relaxing vacation in a space of approximately 50 m² (538 sq. ft.). A light-filled bedroom with antique beds, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer – and, throughout, small details that evoke the history of the house. Particularly popular with children: the mysterious loft sleeping area, accessed via a pull-out staircase – a real adventure under the roof. In the living room: 4K flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and even a video game console. The entire property is yours: 7.5 acres of parkland, a 1,500-square-meter natural pond, table tennis, foosball, garden chess, barbecue areas, and cozy seating areas.
