The Kutscherhaus offers two apartments with a feel-good factor in a quiet and rural area. The highway connection to the A3 is 4 km away and to the A48 it is 6 km. The house is embedded in a spacious and natural 3 hectare park with a 1500 m² pond and offers many opportunities for relaxation. Snow White is about 55 m² and is ideal for 2 adults. The apartment is on the 2nd floor overlooking nature with nearby shopping. The space Those who like to live in a historic ambience and love nature are in good hands with us. Due to the location on the outskirts, the coachman's house offers peace and relaxation after an active day of vacation, yet Koblenz and Neuwied can be reached quickly by car. Frankfurt and Cologne are also 1 hour away. Guest access Guests can move freely on the property at the coachman's house and at the pond, but with consideration for other guests. In the garden area there are table tennis, a foosball table, garden chess, as well as various seating options and a barbecue. Other things to note The coachman's house is only occupied by guests, we live separately on the property, so our guests are undisturbed, but we are on site for questions and assistance.
