Lake location on its own headland. Very nice view of the lake, forest and beach! Older wooden villa in charming style with social areas and extensive lake views from almost all rooms! Older decor but clean and homely. On the property, you have large lovely grassy areas and can swim and fish directly from the property Perfect for families with children or larger groups! Scenic location without close neighbors. 150 meters to a larger swimming area, 14 minutes to Ullared, 45 minutes to the sand dunes in Falkenberg/Varberg and about 1.5 hours to Gothenburg. The space A peaceful idyll that is perfect for families with children or larger groups! Scenic location with no close neighbors. Secluded, quiet and child-friendly. A little traffic on the road outside as it is only for those who live along it. The house has on the ground floor a spacious kitchen, a bedroom, a large living room open to the dining room and a large glazed conservatory. Upstairs there are bathrooms and three bedrooms. Next to the barn there is the possibility to swim directly from the plot. There is a raft to rest and sunbathe on. Fishing is also excellent here. Fishing in this lake is free! We also have a rowboat that our guests can use if they want to fish further out or just go on a voyage of discovery. Unfortunately, we don't have any life jackets at the moment. It is important to know that it quickly becomes very deep from our shore where the raft is located. It's already deep 2 meters out in the water. If you jump out of the raft, you won't hit the bottom. Guest access All spaces on the property except inside the barn. Other things to note The barn is not freely accessible but let us know if you need any equipment or tools and we can guide you where it is. Since this is our summer place, we unfortunately have a hard time offering bed linens. Guests must therefore bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. For the same reason, the guest cleans the accommodation before check-out. Cleaning supplies are on site.
