The space The comfy camper is cleaned and sanitized after each guest. It has a queen size bed, and two bunk beds, kitchen, bathroom, TV/wifi, Blankets, pillows, towels, linens, etc. The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. There is a small stove, (no oven for use), microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Pots/ pans utensils and dishes, Coffee machine, TV to use with netflix/hulu/news and more. Spacious fenced in private area with outdoor seating and fire pit. There is also another camper on this property if you would like to reserve both for more people please let us know and we will see if both are available for your dates. Your privacy is always respected at the camper and noone bothers you, but we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. we do require picture ID of each guest 18 years and older staying at property when booking reservation. We have security cameras located outdoors for the safety of our guests and property. located between New York city and the hamptons. Near Robert Moses beaches, Jakes 58 Casino, Fire Island ferries, Belmont state park, shops on main street in bayshore and Babylon village, Tanger outlet stores, Bayshore mall/Walt Whitman mall and much more! We offer camp fire, Birthday or romantic packages to surprise your special someone for their birthday, anniversary or just a romantic evening. Everything is set up for you before you arrive. For camp fire package we can come start your fire at a specific time for you and provide stuff to make s'mores on the fire, (if someone is available to do so). The Birthday package includes, balloons and decorations set up in the unit. Romantic package includes, heart decorations and rose pedals, Must request and pay in advance. Please be advised before booking that we do not give refunds if you cut your stay short or arrive at a later date. This is not a place for big gatherings. Please keep in mind that you must turn off Heater and AC when not in camper, as it is a camper and not a house. You must bring your own firewood, Fire should never be left unattended and must be put out with water when finished. No pets please as we are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals. Camper stays at this location and cannot be moved. If we are booked for the dates you need please check out our other listings to see if we have available dates at another property.
