The space Newly finished expansive lower level with private entrance is all yours to enjoy! Boasting 2600 sq. ft. with 9 ft. ceilings, this luxury non-smoking pet free space has 4 bedrooms with ensuite master bathroom, 2nd full bathroom, fully stocked roomy kitchen, laundry, expansive great room & extra sleeping in the giant game room that includes a large air hockey table, a 1977 baseball themed pinball machine & board games. Outdoors offers 3 acres of walkable woods, an 8 foot fire pit & 900 square foot patio with a 6 person hot tub, large grill, lounge area & dining table. Perfect for families or couples this space is just right for that get away you've been planning. This is a pet free space however, the owner has 2 giant breed Newfoundland dogs that will access the front yard only during your stay. Interaction with these gentle giants is optional and available. Otherwise, they will not approach guests. The back yard is pet free and exclusive for guest use for the duration of your stay. There are 2 friendly outdoor only cats on the property. This is a smoke free, vape free home. There is a designated smoking area outside. There are strictly no parties allowed and no extra guests. Only those listed at the time of registration are allowed on the property for the duration of the stay. Guest access When approaching the address, watch for the solar lit street number sign. We have a shared access at the road that is paved . Once you turn in you will follow the gravel drive that splits to the left (2 more solar lit street number signs will guide you). Park in the designated area in the gravel. Approach to the right of the garage and see the lit steps to go down. This is The Sunstone Place. There is contactless entry with a keypad at the door. This is an entire lower level with a private entrance. There are 11 steps to go down to enter the space. Other things to note This is a NO PETS allowed space. We have 2 indoor dogs that are in the main upper level of the house only. We have 2 outdoor only cats.
