The center is a 20-minute walk away! The apartment is ideal for students who are looking for a quiet place to study for a semester and want to escape annoying boarding schools! For tourists: From here you can start a variety of excursions, such as to Krems, Melk, Mariazell, Wachau and many other sights. The Viehofen Castle is also nearby. It is sometimes possible to arrange a viewing with the new owner. St Pölten is a baroque city, the creative place of the well-known architect and master builder Jakob Prandtauer. The future "cultural capital" offers a variety of concerts, events and happenings. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the Viehofener recreational area with two swimming lakes. In the surrounding area there is also a golf course at Goldegg Castle. It is a nice place for a longer vacation with sightseeing. CLEANING FEE: We will gladly refund part of the cleaning fee (€50.00) if the apartment is handed over in decent condition! PETS: You are welcome, but please register in advance! The property is handed over clean-swept and should be returned clean-swept. Only private clothing may be washed and dried in the washing machines and dryers. No shoes, no work uniforms, no bed linen, no clothing with metal parts, no blankets, clothing and other items belonging to animals may be washed in the machines. These are to be handed in at the dry cleaners. Guest access The apartment is ideally located for work and excursions to Vienna! The apartment has a free parking space for your car. During the day, there is the possibility to take the regional bus twice an hour to St. Pölten Central Station. St. Pölten Central Station can be reached by car in about seven minutes, by bus in about 25 minutes and has a partly free Park & Ride facility. The train service offers the connection "St.Pölten HBF - Vienna Center" in just twenty minutes, four times an hour during the day and twice an hour at night! Other things to note In this property, you are registered as a tourist in Vienna upon arrival by completing the guest registration form. No primary residence registration can take place in this property. If you need a secondary residence registration, please note the following: 1. You will have to sign a fixed-term contract with our lawyer. 2. The cost of the contract is €240, which must be paid to the lawyer immediately 3. The contract tax must also be paid to the tax office and this must be paid to the lawyer. 4. The contract can only be concluded for a maximum of 6 months 5. From the lawyer you also get the completed registration certificate and hand over to the lawyer another €240 deposit that you get back after you have presented the deregistration to the lawyer when you move out. 6. If you have not complied with the deregistration obligation, you will be deregistered 60 days after the expiry of the contract at your expense by a lawyer and these costs will be covered by the deposit.
