Timber armchairs, minimalist décor, and a wall-mounted TV complete this modern yet cosy setting—perfect for long conversations or movie nights. Start your day with freshly brewed coffee from the Nespresso machine, then prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all the essentials for home cooking. Share meals at the round dining table for four. Afterwards, step onto the small balcony with a chilled drink and savour the breeze. The bedrooms are styled as comfortable retreats, each offering soft carpet underfoot, abundant natural light, and ample storage. The primary bedroom features a king bed with lush greenery views, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed in a bright, airy setting. The bathroom is fresh and clean, complete with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, while a separate toilet adds extra convenience. A well-lit laundry with a washer, dryer, and ironing essentials ensures you’re fully equipped for longer stays. There’s an undercover carport for one vehicle beside the shared front yard, with free street parking also available for added convenience. Family-ready amenities such as a highchair and a porta cot are always available at the property. Enjoy year-round comfort with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living room, plus portable heaters and fans in each bedroom. Please note that there is potential for traffic noise as the apartment is located on a busy road. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. The big bins are collected every Friday so they must be taken out for collection every Thursday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Thursday/Friday must agree to take the bins out. We’ll send you a reminder to help. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out. The hot water system is a 160L tank system, when it runs out you have to wait for the tank to heat back up. There are no live free-to-air TV channels, but many of these channels are available on demand, along with a selection of digital channels. A porta cot is available for use, but please note you’ll need to bring your own linen, blankets, and any other bedding for it.
