Complete kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher) with small dining table, cable TV, Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen included, car parking space in front of the house, butcher and REWENAHKAUF within walking distance, good bus connection to the city center/train station (10 min), 5 min. by car, Non-smoking apartment, no pets The space Very popular residential area in Schorndorf. The city center with a very nice historic old town is easily accessible. The city forest is steps away. Good starting point for hikes and excursions in the Rems Valley, Welzheimer Forest and Schurwald as well as Stuttgart and the surrounding region. Suggestions and information are available in the apartment. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance and its own parking space right by the house. It is on the first floor. If possible, I will greet you briefly in person. Usually, you have access with a key safe. Other things to note The washing machine is subject to a fee and can only be used for long-term stays (from 2 weeks). For hygienic reasons, I always wash linens and towels at at least 60 degrees.
