The garden house is an ideal house for families with children who can safely walk stairs. Our property is set at the edge of the village in a lovely location. There is a lot to explore in our immediate surroundings: lakes, rocks, castles, museums, a lot of history such as the Maginot Line and Bitche Fortress. The benefits of our location: Great nature in the area, our large property with plenty of space to rest, swing, play, grill, sit, lie down. Since October we have a heat pump. The space Our house was built in the 18th century with natural stone, which means it is pleasantly cool in summer. On the first floor we have underfloor heating, and in the bedrooms and bathroom we have radiators. First floor: open kitchen with dining area and living room. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bed bedroom and Baby bed, 1 bedroom is a walk-through room to the bathroom. Here you have the option of an adjoining bedroom, which is not a passageway. Guest access The garden house is a separate, closed house. It is attached to a "small apartment with a conservatory" and our residential building. Our guests have full access to the garden and courtyard. Other things to note Our old spiral staircase is narrow and could be problematic for people who cannot walk stairs safely.
