The garden house is an ideal house for families with children who can safely climb stairs. Our property is set at the edge of the village in a lovely location. There is a lot to explore in our immediate surroundings: lakes, rocks, castles, museums, a lot of history such as the Maginot Line and Bitche Fortress. The advantages of our location: Great nature in the area, our large property with plenty of space to rest, swing, play, grill, sit, lie down. We have had a heat pump since October. The space Our house was built in the 18th century with natural stone, which means it is pleasantly cool in summer. On the ground floor we have underfloor heating, in bedrooms and bathroom radiators. Ground floor: open kitchen with dining area and living room. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and crib, 1 bedroom is a passage room to the bathroom. Here there is the possibility to move into an adjacent bedroom, which is not a passage room. Guest access The garden house is a separate, enclosed house. It is attached to a "small apartment with a conservatory" and our residential building. Our guests have full access to the garden and courtyard. Other things to note Our old spiral staircase is narrow and could be problematic for people who cannot safely climb stairs.
