Season opens April 1, 2026. One nice room for 1 person with new TV in the room. Access to bathroom and kitchen, living room with TV, garden and parking. Quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city center. Nice hiking terrain for those who enjoy walking. If you are several, I also have one annex in the garden for max 2 people. Then you have access to the same facilities as inside. The annex is not available until May. The space The house is located in a quiet area. I have 3 parking spaces. Large private garden with pergola and seating groups. 3 parking spaces. 10 min by car to the water park, 20 min to Sweden, and about 1 hour drive to Oslo, Fredrikstad, Halden, Sarpsborg and Lillestrøm.
