Historic Allentown home in Elmwood Village

This is an 1100 square foot house in the historic district of Allentown. It is steps away from Kleinhan's Music Hall, Pausa and the Allentown Strip; a walk or short drive to Canalside, the Theater District, Elmwood Village, Rotary Rink, Keybank Center, and The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Your hosts, Cathy and Mike are on site to answer questions about all things local and to direct you to the food and drink of your choosing. * Suitable for 2 children 12 and under - no extra charge. The space This is a great walking neighborhood - it is why we moved to Allentown. It is even more beautiful at night, especially on a snowy evening with lights twinkling. Despite being close to a bustling nightlife, the streets are quaint, charming and quiet. Guest access You have access to the whole house - You will enter using a key pad which gives you total independence. There are two floors. There is a laundry room and 1/2 bath with washer and dryer on the first floor. You control the heat and the air conditioning units. There is a fan upstairs to push warm and cold air down. We are available to answer any questions. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note The house is super quiet and you have a private entrance, accessible with a keypad code.
