This cozy 3 bed roomed house comes with a fantastic Marina Island view which you can get from accessing to the balcony. Suitable for families as the kids can spend their days swimming in the dedicated apartment pool or enjoying themselves at Marina Water Park located just beside the building. For those who loves reading, we provide a comfortable reading section with few choices of books ! The space 1. Balcony Our balcony fronting the sea and water theme park would definitely give you the best view in the premise. We have put ikea tarno table complete with two chairs for you to cherish the magnificent view with your love ones. 2. Living Room The living room is rocked with ELK leather sofa set 3 + 2 which can be reclined to your comfort. We have provided a Kaison's rug and cushions in variety of size and color for all for quality time with your families and friends here. 3. Reading Space Occupy your free time with reading at the reading space provided. Few books with different genres were allocated on a rack just beside our single sofa chair. 4. Bedrooms All our bedrooms are well furnished with air conditioner, so no worries when the weather get a little bit hot. Bed linens, quilts, and extra pillows are all yours when you doze off to end your day. If you find yourself having trouble sleeping in dark, you can always light up our bedside lamp. 5. Kitchen We have microwave, toaster and water heater all for you to enjoy light cook in the house. As a token of appreciation, we have put some snacks and 3 in 1 sachets just to rejoice your stay. Guest access You'll have the full access of the spaces in the house. Other things to note There is no kitchen in our apartment. However, we provide basic amenities such as water heater, microwave, and toaster.
