Welcome to our house, which is idyllically located between 2400 vines directly on the Unstrut. From here you can immediately embark on a tour on the Saale-Unstrut cycle path, which leads you to important historical places such as the Neuchâtel, the Naumburg Cathedral or the medieval castles on the Saale. You can also admire the beautiful scenery on a paddle or boat tour. On the way you can enjoy a glass of our Saale-Unstrut wine with the many winegrowers in the region. The space You can reach the property via a steep staircase with many stairs, which is worthwhile. The house consists of a larger apartment in the lower area and a small apartment in the attic, which are accessible via separate entrances and not connected to each other. In total there are 3 floors. The larger apartment consists of a kitchen, living and dining room, a bathroom, a bedroom and two terraces. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. This can be pulled out if necessary, so that even two children can comfortably have space. The upper apartment consists of a room with a double bed, a seating area, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a small terrace. Heating of the living and dining room is only possible via the fireplace. All other rooms are either heated by underfloor heating or electrically heated.
