The Living Room: It has a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing, air conditioning for the hottest days, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix. The View: From the window you can enjoy a unique and evocative view, which perfectly frames the facade of the historic church of the village. 🛏️ Bedroom An oasis of peace designed for maximum rest: Double bed with a modern design and clean lines. A sage green accent wall that creates a relaxing and restorative atmosphere. Warm and atmospheric lighting with bedside tables and thoughtful details. Practical open coat rack to better organize your clothes. 🚿 The Bathroom Functional and comfortable, it includes: Shower enclosure Designer round mirror and excellent lighting. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. 🧳 Luggage assistance upon arrival: At your check-in, I will be happy to welcome you and help you carry suitcases and heavy items directly to the floor, using my dedicated freight elevator. Zero effort to start your vacation in the best possible way! 🔑 Self-checkout: Upon departure, I will not be present at the property, so luggage must be taken down the stairs independently. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with particularly bulky luggage. Other things to note 💶 Tourist Tax In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Cuglieri, the accommodation tax must be paid. The amount is €1 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from payment. The total amount must be paid in cash directly upon your arrival at check-in. ♻️ Collecting Differentiated Separate waste collection is mandatory in the village of Cuglieri. Upon your arrival, I will personally explain all the details on how to properly separate and manage waste. In the house, however, you will find the dedicated containers for the various materials (plastic, paper, glass, organic, and dry).
