Cozy apartment airport self check in free parking

My studio is 30 sqm with private access via stairs. Bus stop to the airport/trade fair, 10 min. Travel time: it is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Musical center takes 10 min. by bus, S-Bahn to Stuttgart main station 25 min., by subway 30 min. I myself use the apartment outside of the booking period! Parking with parking disc is free on the street for 10 hours. Long-term parking possible on request!!! No cat owners / allergies please. Bakery / discount store within a 400-meter walk. Guest access Access via stairs Other things to note It is a self used apartment !!! Please do not use private food. Personal items are labeled as private. In the storage room, only the refrigerator, freezer, and heating switch are for Airbnb guests. The rest is private property.
