My studio is 30 sqm with private access via stairs. Bus stop to the airport/trade fair, 10 min. Travel time: it is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The musical center is 10 minutes away by bus; the S-Bahn to Stuttgart main station takes 25 minutes; the subway takes 30 minutes. I myself use the apartment outside of the booking period! Free parking with a parking disc is possible on the street. Pay attention to the signs. No cat owners / allergies please. Bakery / discount store / kebab / pizza within a 400-meter walk. Guest access Access via stairs Other things to note It is a self used apartment !!! Please do not use private food. Personal items are labeled as private. In the storage room, only the refrigerator, freezer, and heating switch are for Airbnb guests. The rest is private property.
