A spacious studio apartment located in a central area of Slavonski Brod. The studio provides a spacious space with a living, kitchen, dining, and sleeping area with a bathroom. In the studio, you will find everything necessary to make it a cozy stay (free WiFi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, A/C, etc). It can fit up to five persons and is located in a building on the ground floor. Parking available on the street (60hrk[8€]/day) Welcome to Slavonski Brod! The space The living area consists of a very comfortable sofa which quickly turns into a bed for two (140x200), flat-screen smart TV, dining area with table and six chairs, and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, cooker hood, water kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes, spoons, forks, and knives. In the kitchen, you will find complimentary coffee and tea. The studio is non-smoking but you can enjoy your cigarette in front of the entrance. A sleeping area has a bed for two (160x200), a bed for one (90x200) with fresh linens, and a closet with a mirror. The bathroom is provided with towels, soap, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The whole apartment is covered with WiFi. Also, it is equipped with air-conditioning and central heating system. Parking is available in front of the building. Parking costs 60hrk(8€) per day. Daily parking ticket can be used for parking all over the city. The studio is located on the ground floor and you have to use a few stairs to access it.
