You will love this comfy and cozy cottage. The property sits far back off the street on a double lot, with off street parking for up to four cars. You will feel like you are in the countryside, until you turn the corner and all of the action of Mount Washington is only a few short blocks away. The neighborhood features; bars, restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, pharmacy and pizza shops. Grandview Ave (Pgh's most scenic street) is only a 5 minute walk. The space The space has a country cottage feel, and is a little bit quarky. There is an entry/mud room that has laundry and a "Pittsburgh Potty" which is common in the Burgh. Through the door you are lead to the galley style kitchen area that semi-open to the dining room and cozy living space. There are sliding glass doors from the living room out onto the front patio. Up the steps leads to a den/loft space featuring a sleeper sofa. There are two doors off of this room that lead to two private bedrooms with comfy queen beds. The bathroom is captive through either of the bedrooms. Guest access The house is completly private to your use. That includes the parking, yard, patio, washer dryer etc. You will not have access to the shed, which we use for storage. You may occasionally see myself or one of my team members around the grounds. Please park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. We occasionally use the LEFT side of the driveway for overflow parking from another short term rental down the street - this is not very often.
