Welcome to our beautiful, spacious holiday home just 100m from the amazing Bjørnefjord. 1 hour drive from Bergen. Enjoy the panorama view of the fjord in a modern holiday house, with all required household equipment included, so that you can enjoy your stay to the maximum. The space News! Wood fired hot-tub on the way! Welcome to our holiday home! 90 square meters are available for you and your friends/family. It includes 3 bedrooms. One large master bedroom with one king size double bed. The other two rooms are similar and includes a bunk bed, where the upper bed is a 90 cm and the lower is a 120 cm wide. The bathroom includes a shower, large bathtub and a sauna with space for two adults. The living room has high ceilings with large windows in front which cover the entire view towards the fjord. A flatscreen TV is available, but who really cares when the ocean view is so much better. The living room is split in two, where you can also find the kitchen. It has all you need to prepare all the deliciuos meals you want. Maybe fresh fish from the ocean? Oh, i forgot to mention the mezzanine floor upstairs, whith 20 square meters of space ideal for the youngest kids, with a variety of toys. But you should spend most of your time outdoors. A large terrace let you enjoy the spectacular 180 degrees view of the fjord and mountains, maybe while you barbeque and taking a sip from a local brew. Guest access The entire house is available for you and your family/friends Other things to note Additional fees: -wood fired hot-tub: additional fee to cover firewood and use. Ask for pricing. -Excess utility fee. Electrical power is included to a certain extent. If the consumption is below the normal concumption, no additional fee is charged. Above this an additonal fee, based on the price at the time, is charged above 25 kWh/day during the months, May through September, and 50 kWh/day during the months, October through April. The meter is logged by an app. The fee is set in a conservative matter because we want to avoid to many additional fees, so in practise there will be no extra fees if the power consumption is normal.
