We offer either family flats or a double flat, all fully equipped with everything you will need (all flats have double sofa beds and bunk beds for the children) and you can be assured of a high standard of cleanliness. We are ideally situated with the beaches, Splashdown@Quaywest waterpark, Paignton town, harbour and leisure centre (with indoor pool) just a short walk away. The coach/train station is also close by. The space Flat 3 is a first floor modern, family flat with fully equipped kitchen area, dining table, easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed in the living area and separate bedroom with bunk-bed (for children). It also has a self-contained shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. It has a Smart TV , fully equipped kitchen containing full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. A high-chair is available on request. Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
