The Saharawi House - Oasis of Tighmert - Guelmim

Our farmhouse is located in the Tighmert oasis. It's a traditional adobe house. We wanted to keep the natural side. We have animals (barnyard, donkey, goats, turtles, dogs and cats). Our evening meals and breakfast are shared. The rooms are simple but comfortable. We have a hammam and dry toilets. The space The Saharawi house is a traditional adobe house surrounded by palm trees in a beautiful oasis in southwestern Morocco, near Guelmim. The 5 bedrooms are simple but nicely decorated and overlook two gardens. We can host up to 15 people. There is a shared bathroom with a hammam, dry toilets, a huge living room, a patio. The atmosphere is family-oriented, you will quickly feel at home. We also cook very good Moroccan dishes. You can take beautiful walks, and we organize hikes, excursions and tours from one day to several days. The city of Guelmim is 15 km away and every Saturday there is the weekly souk with the sale of fruits and vegetables and animals, such as camels, goats, sheep, cows... You can travel with shared taxis if you don't own a vehicle. Our price is 12 euros for the first person for one night, 6 euros extra for the 2nd person, breakfast at 3 euros per person and half board for one person at 25 euros and 2 people at 45 euros. Guest access Guests are free to move around the house, they can come visit us in the kitchen and even participate in the preparation of dishes. They can go to the fields around the house to rest. During your stay We are very available for guests, meals are shared and are always very lively. The Saharawi people are very welcoming and you will often be invited by the locals to drink tea.
