Welcome to our beautiful, beachfront home in Las Conchas, Puerto Penasco! With sweeping views of the cerulean Sea of Cortez, our house is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. Whether you love to snorkel, kayak, or simply build sand castles, you'll never have to travel more than a few feet from your front door! Enjoy meals on the large, private patio overlooking the ocean, an outdoor hot/cold beach shower and the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets you will ever see. The space Our home is fully furnished and air-conditioned. There is a private entrance, large beach-facing balcony with grass, 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, and gas barbecue. Two of the four bedrooms, each containing 1 king sized bed, is located in a separate apartment with a separate, exterior entrance. The two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The kitchen has GE appliances, with dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and coffee pot. Please consider the beach house is 1 of 2 homes built on the property. Each have separate entrances and amenities. To get to the beach house, you must drive through the wooden gate and down the ramp. The ramp to the beach is shared between both properties so must be accessible at all times. Guest access Parking is on a private driveway down to the beach from the street. Other things to note The address is section 9B. Lot 5. Do not confuses this with section 9. Stay on the main road going around a sand lot and coming to stop sign with street sign and arrow pointing to the beach which says 9B. Our house is only sand colored house and driveway gate is just past the garage to your rental. Please call me if you have a problem.
