In the heart of Saint Trojan, close to shops and the seaside, we offer you a small functional and pleasant house that will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays and discover this small seaside resort in the south of the island of Oleron. Designed in a cocooning spirit, this small townhouse consists of a living room with open kitchen, a small bathroom with toilet and a large bedroom from which you will see the bridge and the sea. The space Ideal for a couple, the accommodation is fully equipped: fridge, hob (gas), oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner... An 80 cm LED TV with USB socket and a radio are available. A non-adjoining terrace (30 m from the house) is also available. Closed by a wall and padlocked, this artist's cabin-style space offers the possibility to eat outside (garden furniture and shade sail available) and store bicycles in a large shelter.
