Traditional Berber Desert Home

A traditional Moroccan Berber family's home in Tagounite. Najib (the host) lives there with his mother and sister and they invite you to share their way of life. Tagounite is the second last village on the road into the desert and a melting pot for the different cultures of the area. It's easy to explore the rich and diverse history, culture, vegetation and architecture of this oasis area. The space There is a very basic accomodation but the host will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. His English is very limited but he speaks Arabic and French (as well as Amazigh - his native Berber tongue).
