Bright and fresh apartment with AC from the turn of the century. Independent and advantageous accommodation for longer stays, 1 week or 1 month. The property is called "Augustenborg". Two houses further away, about 70m, there is a well-lit and well-maintained parking lot, on the other side of Jädersvägen. Parking at the guest's own risk. See check-in instructions with photos, in the Airbnb app. The space Private guest suite, 2 rooms and kitchen, air conditioning and garden with patio. The part of the garden that is directly in front of the paved patio is included for your own use. Always use the walkway to and from the house. Picnic equipment and blanket, beach towels and beach bag, are available to borrow. Bicycles may be rented. Ask well in advance! Guest access Private guest suite with part of the garden for your own use. Other things to note * No parking on the property! * No smoking/snuffing/firing or charcoal grilling on the entire property, including the garden or on the road in front of the home. * No pets. * Always use your walkway and driveway when leaving the house or when disposing of organic waste in the trash can. (Do not walk in front of the family's window.) * Follow the weekly cleaning routines during the rental period. Read through the final cleaning well in advance of check-out. Feel free to ask us questions through Airbnb, well in advance. * Food and drinks may only be served in the kitchen. * No pots in the fridge and all food should be packaged odor-free. * No heavy equipment, work clothes, tool belts, boxes, household goods, potted plants/cultivation, leisure equipment, vehicles or toys for outdoor use may be brought into the home. They are best stored in the car parked at the parking lot, according to the instructions you receive in the app upon check-in. * For longer stays: the guest commits to clean the entire space (vacuum and wet wipe all surfaces) at least every 7 days, i.e. once a week. * The guest commits to wash sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathroom mats, kitchen towels and micro cloths at least every 7 days, i.e. once a week. * Light/white is washed separately and dark/colors separately. Always wash at 60 degrees. * For hygiene reasons, all mattress covers must remain on the mattresses for the duration of the stay.
