Newly renovated granny apartment in a beautiful location of Heidelberg Neuenheim. Very close to the university and the university hospitals in Neuenheimer Feld, the city center and Neckarwiese are also easily and quickly accessible. 4 min to the bus & tram stop. A living room & bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in the basement and has its own entrance and access. In front of the door there is a small nice free seat (terrace). TV & WiFi available, baby and extra bed possible. The space The apartment is cozy - modernly furnished. In the living room or bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80 * 2.00 meters), a sitting area, dresser with TV as well as a wardrobe, as well as a small desk. Instead of the sitting area, an extra bed is also possible. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (in addition to a stove & fridge, also with an oven / microwave combination unit and dishwasher). Bathroom with shower, toilet and single sink. There is a storage room with a washing machine. The apartment is located in the basement, but except for the bathroom, all rooms have windows & views to the outside. There is a separate entrance and exit. In front of the apartment is a small patio (terrace) for your own use to relax. The apartment is quietly located, but not perfectly insulated, which is why during the day noises from the apartment above can be heard (at night it is completely quiet). The house & apartment have recently been completely newly renovated. Underfloor heating, TV and fast WiFi are provided.
