Idyllic waterfront getaway easily accessible from Sydney by train. This is a family home with breathtaking panoramic waterfront views, with access to a private jetty--BYO own boat for the perfect waterside getaway. The central location is unbeatable—a 1 min walk from the train station and an Aldi supermarket, a 7 min drive from Gosford city centre with wonderful entertainment facilities and restaurants. 1.5 hours from Sydney by direct train from Central station to Point Clare! The space The house is newly furnished, two stories tall, with front-yard and backyard space. [Please note that the lower floor will not be accessible for bookings of 4 guests or fewer. Please message me if you have questions about this]. Each floor has an expansive living area with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors with panoramic views of the waterfront. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, with a queen bed, a double bed, and two single beds respectively, sleeping a total of 6 people. There are 2 additional single beds on the lower floor. There are three full bathrooms across the two floors. There's also a full kitchen and laundry with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fresh linens are provided in every room, including towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and the BBQ. If you are bookings of 4 guests or fewer, you will be able to access the whole house but please save the beds and linens if you don't need to use that much, it will help us to do the environment friendly action, we will appreciate your help to reduce the detergent and water usage. Other things to note The private jetty is available for guest use during your stay. Please note that we do not provide any boats, watercraft, or water activity equipment. If guests choose to bring and use their own equipment, they do so entirely at their own risk. Guests are responsible for arranging their own appropriate insurance for any water-related activities, including cover for personal injury and for any incident involving persons on or around the jetty, deck, or waterfront area. Guests must also ensure that their insurance includes cover for any loss or damage caused to the jetty, mooring piles, deck, or any other related structures arising from such use.
