Artist Concept: "The story of Chalawan (ชาละวัน), the crocodile lord, fastinated me. It shows that Thai people believed that crocodiles & humans can develop relationship. We recreated this crocodile lord on a spirit cloth and improvised the yantra texts. I dressed the bed with a hand-woven fabric called Pha Sinh (ผ้าซิ่น). For the music, I selected the 70s funky Thai vinyl of Kwanjit Sriprajan. And an experimental Molum sound system from Bangkok based Dj Maarten’s Poy Sian จังหวะ."
