The space The home sits on over an acre of land and is entirely yours to enjoy. Two nice sized bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. An eat-in kitchen and living room are found on the main floor. Sit out on the patio or curl up in front of the large bay window to enjoy the stunning views. Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing and birds serenading you. Stroll along the quiet streets or watch the tides and boats come in and out. You do not get more peaceful than White Head. During blueberry season you can find over half an acre of fresh blueberries growing all over the property. The property is left mostly natural (to encourage the wildlife to visit), with a charming path winding up to the main entrance. It is a little bit of a hike from the parking spot to the door but that only gives you more privacy. There is a modest gravel path which leads to the house and a deck with benches for you to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Other things to note This cottage is over 100 years old and bursting with island history. However, this historic cottage is exactly that, historic and modest. Reminiscent of a time long since past. It is a simple, peaceful life at the cottage but one which will win over your heart. I have begun slowly restoring the cottage a little at a time, each season welcomes new additions and improvements.
