This longère, a traditional Touraine house, welcomes you in an authentic and green setting. The renovation and unique decoration of this family home give it a lot of charm. The large, fully enclosed garden will delight everyone. You will enjoy the coolness of the house and garden in summer, and the warmth of the fireplace in winter. Ideal base for visiting Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny, Tours, Villandry... The space This gite can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The 140 m² house and the garden are entirely private. The house comprises: - On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet. The ground floor is certified by Tourisme et Handicap for all types of disabilities (motor, auditory, visual, mental). - Upstairs: bedroom for 3 people, bedroom for 1 person, bedroom for 4 people, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The large wooded garden includes: - A terrace with table, chairs, umbrella, and BBQ. - A sheltered outdoor living room with a coffee table, armchairs and a bench. - Petanque court, ping pong table, deckchairs, hammock, many games. Large private parking on land opposite the property. Free Wi-Fi. The house is naturally cool in summer, so there is no need for air conditioning. Baby equipment upon request: 60x120 bed and baby bed with mattress and fitted sheet, highchair, changing mat, baby bath seat. Dog equipment on request: wicker basket, blanket, bowls. Free loan of adult and children's bicycles on request (limited number).
