The space The Townhouse at Broad Street Gardens Apartments offers modern purpose built self catering accommodation right in the heart of historic Kirkwall. Built over 3 floors it overlooks the lovely Tankerness House Gardens next door. On the ground floor you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom room with bunks and a WC. On the first floor the large fitted kitchen is very well equipped with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/ freezer. There is also a family bathroom newly upgraded in 2023 with powerful walk in rainforest shower; and a utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. On the second floor the living area has large picture window and two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment there is a Smart T.V. with freeview & DVD player, a bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi access. A ladder style stair accesses the galleried mezzanine area which offers a cosy nook for reading & relaxing. Comfortable temperature is maintained with underfloor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. There is one on site private parking space. All bedding, towels, electricity and wifi are provided at no extra charge. Also supplied in each apartment: Hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer. Cots and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided). Townhouse has a space in our private off street carpark. Guest access Apartment can be accessed from 4pm onward on check in day. There is a private on site car park with one space for the apartment.
