Quiet & independent studio on the ground floor. Bright living room on a quiet street, 5-minute walk from the train station. The space Studio comprising living room/bedroom, equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor courtyard facing south. Refurbished in August 2018. Guest access Private and independent access. Keys provided by the host (based on availability) or key box for self access. Other things to note COVID INFORMATION In order to comply with current health recommendations, we have decided (without price increase): - to limit the physical reception of our guests and to offer a systematic self check-in. - to clean the studio with mask and gloves. - to wash all linens at 60° + tumble dry between each guest. - to disinfect all common surfaces between each guest.
