Modern studio near the airport and Amsterdam

Brand new luxury modern studio just 10 minutes from Schiphol Airport and with an Uber about 20 minutes from downtown Amsterdam. Free parking on private property and staying in a very family-friendly environment.   This is Studio La Mer! The space The studio is located on the ground floor with its own entrance in a beautiful new safe neighborhood.   🏡 Studio with a double king size box spring of 180 x 200 cm. 🛁 Luxury bathroom, including shower and sink. Towels, shower supplies and hairdryer included. 🍽️ Round table with 2 chairs. ☕️ Small refrigerated bar with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, and cutlery. ❄️ Air conditioning cools/heats the studio. 📺 Smart TV and free WiFi connection available! 🚗 Free parking on own property. The total area of the studio is about 25m2. Guest access 🔑 Check yourself in with a key locker. You have access to your own studio with lock. We live next to the studio and use a different front door. You do not have access to our house and we do not have access to your studio. Other things to note 🚫 Restrictions Smoking is not permitted. The use of cannabis, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), or any other form of drugs is not allowed. Allowing unauthorized guests is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed. Parties and celebrations are not allowed. Preparing meals is not possible. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. The studio is not located in Amsterdam but a few minutes from the city limits. 👮‍♂️ If drugs or a nuisance are found, the police will be called‼️ 🛣️ Distances -   Supermarket 5 min.
