There is high speed WLAN throughout the property. There are 6 modern, bright bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and modern, comfortable box-spring beds. There are 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 on the ground floor. A stylish kitchen with bar and sea views as well as a spacious, open-plan dining/living area with direct access to the terraces as well as a fireplace, flat screen TV and high gallery are located on the ground floor. An interior and exterior Sonos sound system is freely available to guests. The villa is also equipped with safes in every sleeping area and an alarm system. A security company monitors the entire house once the alarm system is running. The property is not visible, walled and guarantees absolute security. Unfortunately, we have no influence on their scope and times Guest access The entire property and the pool can be used exclusively for the guests of the villa. One or two cars can be parked in the courtyard. In front of the electric entrance gate, you may also easily park on the street. Other things to note Guests who appreciate a heated pool in cooler months please pay a surcharge of 600€ per week for heating the saltwater pool to 28 degrees Celsius.
