This cottage can to combine a relaxing family vacation with skiing in the winter and in summer the area is ideal for hiking and frisbee-golf, gathering mushrooms and berries . This is an ideal place for families, couples or groups of friends. The space This holiday cottage includes a : living room with a dining table and 6 chairs, seating area with a TV and fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 single beds and other with 1 single bed and 1 bunk beds) , sauna, shower,WC, a well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a barbecue. House facilities: Balcony, TV, Radio, CD Player, Iron, Ironing Facilities, Washing Machine, Heating, Fireplace, Private entrance, Sofa, Wardrobe/Closet, Clothes rack, Shower, Hairdryer, Toilet, Bathroom, Sauna, Toilet paper, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kitchen, Electric kettle, Kitchenware, Oven, Stove top, Barbecue, Coffee machine, Dining table, Children's high chair. NOTE: FINAL CLEANING FOR AN EXTRA FEE 40euro .Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them for 14 euros per person or bring your own. Please inform in advance of the necessary services. Wood for the fireplace is not included in the price! Please observe the cleanliness of the cottage, as well as the area around the house. No shoes, no smoking in the house. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed. Please leave the cottage clean and tidy and put all rubbish in the main bins which are located near the cottage. Failure to follow the cleaning rule, there will be a minimum fee of 40 euros. If they are any sand indoors, please use the vacuum cleaner and wash any dishes that you have used. - Check out 12.00 - exceptions can be agreed separately - Price includes electricity, water and use of movables etc. - Bed linen, towels and detergents are not included in the price -Wood for the fireplace is not included in the price! - Final cleaning is NOT included in the rental price.
