Sunny loft with berry farmer

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments. The space A separate entrance and a staircase lead to the spacious attic loft. The living room is fully equipped with parquet. Open trusses serve as a room divider between the dining area and the living room. In the children's room, there is a cozy play corner set up with stuffed animals and toys. A highlight is the rustic 'owl's nest,' a mattress camp under sloping roofs, which can be reached via an open staircase. Guest access The loft is located on the upper floor. On the first floor of the house is another accommodation that you do not have access to. We also offer this as a vacation rental. Other things to note From the property you can directly use walking, cycling and horseback riding trails. The landscape is flat, with lots of forest and heathland. A quiet Heidjer idyll. Typical of the region are the numerous berry plantations. In almost every village there are direct marketers, farm shops, farm cafes. Numerous leisure and animal parks, adventure farms and local recreation areas invite you to day trips in all directions, so that you can experience something exciting, relaxing and fun every day. The Aller-Leine-Tal is located on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath. Places worth seeing such as Lüneburg, Hanover, Hamburg, Celle, Braunschweig and many more are within easy reach, as well as attractive landscapes such as the coast, the Harz, Lake Steinhude or of course the beautiful Lüneburg Heath.
