Quiet, Safe and Cozy

Guests use the upstairs of my home that has a bedroom , bathroom, and an office/sitting room with a sofa, table, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance (1.2 miles) to Starbucks, grocery, library, bank & Walgreens. I prefer to host guests with at least one prior positive review. The space Edina is a quiet, first ring suburb of Minneapolis with easy access to downtown, MSP airport, and Mall of America. Driveway parking for one car makes car travel easier. Guest access Lodgings; Bed, Bath and Sitting Room are on the second floor. During your stay I am available by text message or email. Other things to note I can only have one rental per month so preference is given to stays of approximately a week or so.
