2 Bedroom Sea View apartment with pool complex

This is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one shower), ground-floor apartment with a sea view from the outdoor dining area. It comfortably accommodates 4 adults and the lounge has a bed/sofa that will also sleep another, if necessary. We have cooker, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. WiFi is available on request at a minimum (monthly) booking at cost of £25. Air conditioning is in all living areas. The front of the apartment has a beautiful shared pool complex with loungers and shade, suitable for adults and children. This apartment is ideal for either sun seekers, family holiday or romantic getaway. The outdoor patio is shaded during the day and meals can be eaten in comfort. Turtle Bay also has its own private seafront and decked sun lounging area and is excellent for both snorkeling, swimming and fishing. The site also has its own gym and an excellent Bistro/bar that provides both refreshments and dining. Their English breakfasts are excellent. WiFi is also available free at the Bistro to customers. The Venue restaurant and bar, which is onsite, offers excellent Indian and European cuisine at very reasonable prices. Entertainment is provided on a regular basis and they have a big-screen facility for sporting events. The Korenium Golf resort, a championship facility, is only 2 minutes away. Check out Alagadi beach with restaurant and bar facilities is only a few minutes away and is a protected area famous for its turtle colonies. The smaller Alagadi beach is a sheltered cove (see photo) and is a real paradise for swimmers and snorkeling. Scuba diving instruction is available locally with PADI certification. The immediate area has numerous restaurants, many of which provide free two way taxi service at night, and there is a very lively night-life culture in Kyrenia. A myriad of water sports and sea trips are available in the Kyrenia area. For self caterers, two excellent supermarkets are only minutes from the site and you can obtain fresh fish and other produce daily closer to Kyrenia. Car hire is available from several local providers and we can advise if necessary.
