The historic Frisian house in Althorsbüll can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users. Pets are welcome. In the surrounding area there is a swimming lake, hiking trails and excursions to Sylt, Denmark and the Halligen. The house has 3 bedrooms, a tiled stove, a well-equipped kitchen and a large garden. Wi-Fi and washing machine are included. Children under 4 travel for free. The space The 150 sqm vacation home offers four bedrooms with space for max. 8 adults. The bedroom „Deichblick“ on the ground floor with a 180 cm wide double bed and direct access to the shower room, the 2nd bedroom in the apartment with two single beds 90 x 200, the "Romantic Room" on the upper floor with two single beds 100 x 200 and the "Blue Room" with two single beds 90 x 200. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. In the living room there is a large LCD TV (SAT), a DVD player and a stereo system, each with a small selection of movies and CDs. On cooler evenings you can spend pleasant hours reading by the crackling tiled stove. Firewood in sufficient quantity is included in the rental price. The large dining table can accommodate eight people and is inviting for relaxation with family and friends. The comfortably furnished kitchen with terrace access is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine (filter size 4), toaster, kettle, dishwasher and extensive kitchen equipment. For the little guests, we have two high chairs, a cot (fixed), a travel bed, game collections, children's books and a sandbox outside. The use of DSL Wi-Fi and washing machine are free. The approx. 40 sqm apartment is also accessible via the house entrance. It has a combined living room-bedroom (with TV), a spacious shower room and a small, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet. On the 800 sqm plot with the magnificent garden you can enjoy relaxing hours of sunshine. A standing basket, four loungers with cushions, parasols and a garden table with eight chairs are available. The heated conservatory is also equipped with a comfortable seating area. The special features This 5-star vacation home is barrier-free on the ground floor and offers space for freedom with the integrated apartment. The beautifully landscaped garden with two terraces leaves enough space for adults, children and four-legged friends. And since dogs are welcome here, the garden was surrounded on the back of the house with a 2 m high fence and an approx. 1.20 m high hedge and is therefore "escape-proof" for the dear four-legged friends if they are very keen to explore. There are two parking spaces directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the conservatory. Children under 4 years of age travel with us free of charge. One dog travels with us at no extra charge, the 2nd dog is charged at €20 for final cleaning. Three dogs on request. A security deposit of €100 is charged in this holiday home. Inside the house there is a small separate apartment on the ground floor. This offers the luxury of being able to go on vacation with grandma and grandpa, friends or neighbors. Here you are spatially separated and yet very close, just as much as you want. The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating and barrier-free for wheelchair users. Your dogs are also welcome with us! Location Within walking distance of the house is a beautiful swimming lake and a trout pond for anglers. Directly from the house, you have only a few steps to the old rear dyke, where you can take long walks. From Althorsbüll, drive about 1.8 km to the official beach Südwesthörn. A small supermarket, bakery and restaurants can be found in Klanxbüll, 4 km away. Niebüll is about 12 km away. Horsbüll belongs to the municipality of Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll and is optimally located for your activities: - in 20 minutes you are on Sylt - 4 km to Klanxbüll, from here by train to Westerland or you travel with your car on the Sylt shuttle from Niebüll - get to know the island and Hallig world of North Frisia. From Dagebüll - about 15 minutes away by car - you can take trips by ferry to the islands of Amrum, Föhr and the Halligen (from Schüttsiel). The official dog beach is also in Dagebüll. - Experience the World Heritage Wadden Sea barefoot and up close through a variety of interesting, guided mudflat walks - the Danish border is only 10 km away. Here we recommend not only the enjoyment of an original Danish Pølser, but also a trip to Møgeltønder to Schackenborg Castle with the impressive castle garden - get to know the Baltic Sea: a trip to the beautiful fjord town of Flensburg is always worthwhile! - The "Nolde" Museum can be reached in 15 minutes (by car). Horsbüll belongs to the municipality of Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll and is ideally located for your activities: - You can be on Sylt in 20 minutes – 4 km to Klanxbüll, from where you can take the train to Westerland, or you can travel by car on the Sylt Shuttle from Niebüll. Please note that dogs not travelling in a carrier must be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle. - Get to know the islands and halligs of North Frisia. From Dagebüll – about a 15-minute drive away – you can take ferry trips to the islands of Amrum, Föhr and the Halligen (departing from Schüttsiel). And since dogs are very welcome here, at the rear of the property, the garden has been enclosed by a 1.20-metre-high fence and an approximately 2-metre-high hedge, making it 'escape-proof' for our furry friends should they be particularly keen to explore. There are two parking spaces directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the conservatory. We would like to point out that, from the 3rd person onwards, a surcharge of €15.00 per person will be applied. Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge. Up to two four-legged friends are welcome in the non-smoking holiday home. We charge 5,00 euro per dog/day. A €100 security deposit will be charged in this cottage.
