The space The "15-person option" is an expansion of the standard vacation rental booking, offering various room configurations across a total area of ​​270 m² and three floors. You have exclusive use of the entire house; no other rooms are rented out to other guests. This arrangement gives you private access to the entire garden, the large dining area, and the outdoor loggia. The property comprises a vacation unit with a large kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom/toilet on the ground floor, plus four additional, separate rooms distributed throughout the house. All rooms feature their own private bathroom and toilet. One of the double rooms includes an adjoining bedroom—separated by a door—equipped with a bunk bed suitable for two adults. This extra room is included when booking for the full capacity of 15 people, as are two additional single beds. Guests have full use of the entire historic-style Black Forest house. Despite having individual rooms, the house features a large communal lounge with a beautiful mountain view—an ideal space for dining together and relaxing. There is also a living room with sofa seating and another dining table, while the kitchen contains an additional dining table. Ample outdoor seating is available in front of the house, accommodating the entire group (weather permitting). A communal barbecue event can also be hosted here using a heavy-duty, 150 kg solid-metal plancha grill.
