Located in the quiet hamlet of Folleville less than 30 minutes drive to Mont St Michel and beautiful beaches. Supermarket and boulangerie only 2km away. Le Studio has an open plan kitchen and living area with French and English FreeSat TV, DVD and Stereo facilities. The double bed is situated on a mezzanine level. The studio is accessed via a spiral staircase and also has a staircase to access the mezzanine level where the double bed is situated. Therefore, we consider it is only suitable for Adults. Le Studio has a dedicated area in our courtyard with BBQ and garden furniture. Le Studio - and our other 2 gites on the same site - is set in grounds of 1 acre with an open-air swimming pool, sun loungers, pool cabin. PLEASE NOTE: The heated swimming pool is only open between 8th June and 13th September. Other facilites are: Games Room with full-sized pool table, dart board, TV/DVD facilities and a selection of DVD's, There are bicycles of various sizes suitable for all ages. There is also a boule pitch and parking. A full size cot, Travel cots, high chairs, stair-gates and bed-guard are available for you to use.
