The 70 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of house G. It is designed for occupancy by 3 people, and your dog is also welcome. Park your car comfortably in the apartment's own underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs. The entrance area welcomes you with a large full-length mirror and wardrobe and leads you straight into the modern and light-flooded living area. The open, fully equipped fitted kitchen, an inviting dining area and a cozy sofa area, with a large flat-screen TV make the vacation feeling perfect! Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea from the sofa! The sofa offers a comfortable sleeping function for one person. On the right hand side of the living area you can reach the bathroom, with a bathtub and shower and through another door into the comfortable bedroom. A great box spring double bed, another flat-screen TV and a spacious wardrobe are included. Both the living room and the bedroom give you access to the spacious balcony. A table with four chairs and two sun loungers invite you to enjoy the fantastic Baltic Sea view! The beach is just a few steps from your vacation home!
