The 70 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of House G. It is designed for an occupancy of 3 people. Your dog is also welcome. Parking your car comfortably in the apartment's own underground parking space. The elevator or the stairs take you to the apartment. The entrance area welcomes you with a large full-length mirror as well as wardrobe cabinet and leads you straight ahead into the modern and light-flooded living area. The open, fully equipped fitted kitchen, an inviting dining area and a cozy sofa area, with large flat screen TV make the holiday feeling perfect! Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea from the sofa! The sofa offers a comfortable sleeping function for one person. On the right side of the living area, you can access the bathroom, with bath and shower, and through another door into the comfortable bedroom. A great box spring double bed, another flat screen TV and a spacious wardrobe are included. Both the living room and the bedroom you can enter the spacious balcony.
